Don't knock the NHS! Whatever big government's faults they pale in comparison to the farce that is US health care. Show me a "small government" health system that works.

It's like you think there is a better alternative. There's not. The NHS does profound things with what it's got. On the other hand, show me a "small government" health solution that works. US health care is a farce. They spend relatively more than the UK on health yet achieve much less in population coverage. That's inefficiency. Tell, isn't the free market supposed to have that - the 'efficiency' thing or have we forgotten about that?
